These Terms of Service govern your use of the website jetwayfreight.com and the services of Jetway Freight LLC (“Jetway Freight”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Services

We provide a US suite address, package receiving, storage, consolidation, fulfillment and related services, and we arrange international shipping with third-party carriers on your behalf.

2. Accounts and plans

Plans are prepaid for the selected period and do not renew automatically. Plan limits (packages or orders per month, free storage) are described on each product page. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate.

3. Your responsibilities

You agree not to ship prohibited items, to provide truthful customs information, and to comply with all export and import laws. We may inspect any package and refuse items that are unsafe or prohibited.

4. Fees and payment

Plan and service fees are shown in US dollars on our website. Shipping, duties and taxes are charged separately and approved by you before shipping.

5. Liability

Our liability for loss or damage while a package is in our care is limited to the declared value of the item, up to US$100 per package unless additional insurance was purchased. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or events beyond our control.

6. Termination

We may suspend accounts used for fraud, prohibited items or abuse of our services.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to new orders.
